The room was a great size and the staff was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast had an amazing variety of delicious options. Despite the language barrier, the receptionist went above and beyond by helping me when I needed medical attention. The property had a charming character, with a beautiful garden to relax in. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The shower, although small, was surprisingly good. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist. Even though it was a bit out of the way from the Camino, it was absolutely stunning. The staff was incredibly accommodating and the dinner was delicious. The views were absolutely breathtaking. The tour of the estate by one of the owners was absolutely fascinating. We had such a fantastic stay that we wished we could have stayed another night. I highly recommend this place for anyone walking the Camino.

We stayed at a wonderful little oasis just off the Camino trail. The staff at this hotel were absolutely great and made us feel so welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the bar in the backyard was a friendly place to unwind. The views from the hotel were breathtaking and we even got a tour of the estate. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone walking the Camino.

I always stay at this place in O Pedrouzo. No regrets. Friendly staff helped me find a car service. Perfect for me with Wi-Fi, TV, express check-in/ -out, hiking, bar, restaurant. Pets allowed. No smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

We stayed at Santaia En Casal De Calma for one night during our Camino walk. Although it was a bit off the trail, the beautiful property with its garden and breathtaking views made it worth the slight detour. The room was clean and comfortable, and the friendly receptionist made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a variety of delicious continental-style choices. We also had the opportunity to take a fascinating tour of the estate with one of the proprietors. we had a wonderful and enjoyable stay.
I highly recommend this hotel.

we had an amazing stay in O Pedrouzo, and Santaia En Casal De Calma made it even better. The staff was accommodating, the dinner was delicious, and the estate tour was fascinating. We wished we could have stayed longer.
